The premise is that after a big move in one direction, you can expect a big reversal in the other.
It’s great to use when for example fading a move, and thus see the trend weakening on one side and increasing on the other.

You can also choose if you just want to see the sum of BT and ST, it simplifies it all abit. It’s very powerful.
